Grand Beach is a collection resort condos and vacation rentals that offer the ultimate family vacation destination. Just five minutes to Walt Disney World and close to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and countless designer outlet malls, Grand Beach resort is situated on 18 magnificent lakefront acres.
Loaded with amenities, the roomy, 1500+ square feet designer-decorated condo suites can easily accommodate eight. Jog through the resort grounds, take a dip in the lakeside pool, relax in the hot tub, and fish, canoe, and play other water sports on the adjacent Lake Bryan.
Please be advise this resort does not have daily maid service. The resort does have a mid-week cleaning for stays of six days or more. Daily housekeeping is available for a fee of $35 for a light clean and $75 for a full clean. A towel exchange is $8. There is also an in-room safe fee of $0.50 per room per day.

| Resort is approximately 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. From the airport, take the north exit(S.R. 436)to exit #1 (528 west) and follow that until I-4 West. Follow I-4 West to Exit #68, Lake Buena Vista exit. Make a left at exit #68, which will turn into SR #535. Go south on #535 for approximately 1.5 miles to Lake Bryan Beach Blvd. Turn left, and follow the signs Grand Beach and the registration desk. |
