It’s completely free to sign up for ResorTime Traveler and start earning credits.

To see how many credits you’ve earned, click on Reward Credits in the My Account section. This will show you how many you have, how and when you earned them, and the status of your credits. Please note that only Active reward credits can be redeemed. If you have not yet completed your travel, the reward credits earned for that travel will not show as Active.

Whenever you’re ready to book your getaway, you can conveniently do so right from the website. Simply select where you want to go, then hit Book. If you need further assistance, chat live with a representative or give us call at (888) 477-6967.

To change or cancel an existing reservation, click on View Reservations then click Cancel. To contact our Concierge Department with a specific question about your reservation, click on Messages next to your reservation. Please note that if a reservation has already occurred, you will not see the Cancel link.
