Safety first when heading to the snow! But don’t be afraid to show a little personality. Whether you’re heading to Lake Tahoe or Big Bear, make sure you wear the right safety equipment. Wearing a helmet is safety 101 while enjoying any mountain action sport and it’s easy to show your style. Try decorating your helmet with these simple tips:
Tip 1:
For the art-savvy snowboarder or skier, place your favorite stickers or bedazzled jewels on your helmet, however never use any adhesive (or paints) that will affect the integrity of your helmet. Check labels for ingredients and the helmet manufacturer for guidelines.

A great way to show your snow style is by getting a helmet cover. They easily slip over most helmets just make sure to check the size of your helmet and the cover before purchasing. You can get them in an array of themes. From knitted pandas and rabbits, to mohawks and Vikings, your helmet cover will surely stand out while you’re shredding the slopes. You can search for your perfect helmet cover on sites like Amazon or Etsy.
