Kill Devil Hills in North Carolina is a place with a unique story of its own. Many visitors ask how Kill Devil Hills got its name; the story goes that pirates who use to live on the shores drank Moonshine that was “strong enough to kill the devil.” There are a few other similar speculations, all revolving around strong or bad rum. The area is most known for the Wright Brothers and their accomplishments. The town is now home of the Wright Brothers National Memorial.
