rental reservation services in the timeshare industry.
It is a dynamic, interactive reservations system that
enables consumers worldwide to view luxury condo resort
photos, details, area activities and book online or through
a Central Reservations call center at hundreds of popular
locations throughout North America. Additionally, travel
consumers have the flexibility to book anywhere from one
day to one week to one month as opposed to the traditional
requirement of a minimum seven day stay at a condo rental. |

Membership in ResorTime.com is not required in order
to utilize the reservation service, but it does afford
member only benefits including saving up to 50% off
luxury condo rental rates, weekly hot deal updates on
resort availability, new properties, and resort area
discounts.
This is available to the
general public. Average standard rental rates are
$150 to $275 per night for a luxury one bedroom resort
condo that sleeps four. Reservations can be made up
to one year in advance.

to $145 per night for a luxury one bedroom resort
condo that sleeps four. Reservations can be made up
to one year in advance. There is a nominal fee of
$29.95 per year to become a Premier Member, which
usually pays for itself in savings the first night.
Additionally, this membership level comes with a discount
card offering savings on restaurants and area activities.
This is available to timeshare owners
only. Average rentals are $75 to $110 per night for
a luxury one bedroom resort condo that sleeps four.
Owners can also add nights to their vacation weeks.
Rates are available up to 30 days in advance.

any hotel or resort. The properties are part of an affiliation,
and have been extensively screened to meet stringent ResorTime.com
customer satisfaction requirements.
