As the Grand Pacific Exchange Manager your primary role will be to grow the business. You will collaborate on the business strategy as well as play a key role in developing the sales and
marketing plan. You will interact with senior executives within ResorTime.com and Grand Pacific Resorts while maximizing performance of the GPX Vacation Counselors to deliver a superior experience
for Grand Pacific Resort owners.
The Grand Pacific Exchange Manager will be measured on daily operational key performance indicators (KPI), customer satisfaction, service KPI's program execution and operational efficiencies.
They will be responsible for shaping the service culture for GPX. This individual will be expected to work closely with other members of the management team and clients, and is able to
communicate at an executive level.
Job Requirements:

- This position reports to the Owner Sales and Marketing Manager.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in the timeshare industry preferably conducting exchanges or providing owner services.
- Four years management experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
- Must have great people skills and strong leadership experience.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams individually and through others.
- Flexibility to execute and multi task in a fast pace setting environment.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Reservation Systems.
- Proven business leadership and performance management skills.
- BA or BS in Business or equivalent experience.
- Ambition and passion to lead a team and grow a company.

Job Title: GPX Vacation Counselor

Job Requirements:
- Handle inbound calls from owners desiring to conduct an exchange.
- Place outbound calls to facilitate and close on exchanges.

- Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment.

Job Title: Online Marketing Manager
Interested in driving marketing initiatives in the fastest growing travel segment of timeshare rentals? ResorTime.com is seeking an accomplished Online Marketing Manager who can scale our customer acquisition efforts to the next level. This individual will take primary responsibility for managing and supporting key marketing programs including search, email, online advertising, public relations, and social media channels.
This position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, creative, highly motivated marketing superstar interested in helping create a breakthrough online service to help consumers find and book the ideal vacation rental.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a numbers-based strategy and a marketing plan to drive it. This plan will take advantage of the many cost effective ways to use the internet to drive market reach and penetration in ResorTime.com's target markets.
- Develop an "inbound marketing system" that links compelling content with those seeking to find it. This inbound marketing system will use a sales funnel as the base model and will link ResorTime.com's advertising, blogs, videos, podcasts and other Web 2.0 efforts to specific sales leads so that we may better understand what's working.
- Exceed aggressive customer acquisition goals in creative, cost-effective ways.
- Optimize and manage organic and paid search marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage a sophisticated and scalable email marketing program to support customer acquisition & engagement goals.
- Support public relations efforts to drive increased awareness within consumer travel media.
- Experienced in Developing and implementing innovative approach to engaging new and existing customers via social media channels including our blog, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Provide support for supplier marketing initiatives to increase adoption of subscription and lead generation programs.
- Initiate and test cost-effective new marketing channels
- Measure performance and identify key levers of improvement across all marketing channels.
- Manage 3 full-time marketing coordinators.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in internet marketing, preferably with broad exposure to a wide variety of online marketing channels at consumer internet businesses.
- High enthusiasm and interest executing marketing initiatives with resources and infrastructure of a startup.
- Results oriented with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude - proven ability to execute.
- Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically.
- Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Title: Central Reservations Call Center Manager
Looking for EXPERIENCED sales minded, highly motivated, upbeat personality to manage hotel/timeshare rental call center in Carlsbad, Ca. Prior travel call center experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage call center consisting of 5-10 employees, as well as liaison for outside call centers booking on our system. Call center services customers in booking reservations for accommodations at over 300 timeshare resorts and hotels as well as managing Owner Rental programs for 11 timeshare resorts.
Skills/Abilities must include:
- Sales, Leadership and supervisory skills a must
- Very numbers driven
- History of managing by performance metrics
- Ability to work in the trenches when necessary
- Ability to identify and improve call conversion skills in agents
- Recruit, hire and training of new employees
- Monitor and Review Employee performance
