Job Title: Grand Pacific Exchange Manager

As the Grand Pacific Exchange Manager your primary role will be to grow the business. You will collaborate on the business strategy as well as play a key role in developing the sales and
marketing plan. You will interact with senior executives within ResorTime.com and Grand Pacific Resorts while maximizing performance of the GPX Vacation Counselors to deliver a superior experience
for Grand Pacific Resort owners.
The Grand Pacific Exchange Manager will be measured on daily operational key performance indicators (KPI), customer satisfaction, service KPI's program execution and operational efficiencies.
They will be responsible for shaping the service culture for GPX. This individual will be expected to work closely with other members of the management team and clients, and is able to
communicate at an executive level.
Job Requirements:
- Collaborate on developing the growth strategy and plan.
- Create and maintain a continuous improvement and goal-oriented work environment that combines learning, achievement, recognition and exceeds daily operational metrics.
- Provides leadership and partners with other managers and clients to achieve business objectives.
- Identifies, analyzes, develops and recommends plans for increased growth and increased customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicates and presents ideas to team, peers, and clients.
- Promotes excellence in staff morale and shapes a dynamic service culture.
- Ability to create work groups within organization to take advantage of expertise and infrastructure that exists in the broader business. This position has two direct reports with potential for the team to grow in the future in line with business needs.
- This position reports to the Owner Sales and Marketing Manager.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in the timeshare industry preferably conducting exchanges or providing owner services.
- Four years management experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
- Must have great people skills and strong leadership experience.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams individually and through others.
- Flexibility to execute and multi task in a fast pace setting environment.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Reservation Systems.
- Proven business leadership and performance management skills.
- BA or BS in Business or equivalent experience.
- Ambition and passion to lead a team and grow a company.

Job Title: GPX Vacation Counselor

At ResorTime.com, our GPX Vacation Counselors are responsible for sending our Grand Pacific Resort owners on vacation by coordinating timeshare exchanges to alternate destination resorts. The ideal candidate provides stellar customer service and forms long lasting relationships with their owners. This individual is ambitious and will grow with the company. Job Requirements:
- Handle inbound calls from owners desiring to conduct an exchange.
- Place outbound calls to facilitate and close on exchanges.
- Utilize selling techniques to meet revenue and conversion goals.
- Identify sales opportunities that fit customers' travel needs.
- Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment.
- Interact with multiple applications (Excel, Reservations, Internet) while speaking with owners.
Minimum Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in the timeshare industry preferably conducting exchanges or providing owner services.
- Excellent typing, computer and internet navigation skills.
- Embraces performance management goals as a tool in place to grow the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to assess the owner and adjust communication style accordingly.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player within department, company and network.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit that will help elevate the business.
