Sea Village Resort timeshare rentals and vacation condos are located within walking distance to the heart of the bustling fishing village of Kailua-Kona. Sea Village Resort offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The ocean is close enough to touch; the surf reaches out and breaks against the resort's sea wall. With ocean or garden views, the condos with large lanais face west for viewing stunning sunsets. Float in the seaside pool at this delightful oceanfront holiday retreat. Play tennis in the cool morning air, and spend the afternoon at one of the many beaches along the beautiful Kona Coast. There's a wonderful grassy area where children can play while you prepare a barbecue or picnic. And, with Kailua Village a short distance away, you will have easy access to a wide range of restaurants and recreational activities.

LARGE WAVE/HIGH TIDE SEASON: Mid December to mid March brings unpredictable weather patterns which may cause flooding in some ocean front units.The staff may need to temporarily board up lanais in those units to ensure your safety.Please keep in mind that this occurs during peak occupancy levels and no other units may be available to relocated inconvenienced guests.

GUEST NOTE: Sea Village Resort is scheduled for lanai and parking lot renovations from June 21 – July 31, 2010. Work hours are scheduled to run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with the exception of U.S. national holidays. As with any construction project, the schedule can change without notice. We anticipate the disruption to be minimal, and we will make every effort to keep our guests away from the work area to the best of our ability. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Directions to the Sea Village Resort

From the KONA AIRPORT - (11 miles to Sea Village) approximately a 25 minute drive to the resort.

From the airport, turn right onto Highway 19 and travel approximately 9 miles. Turn right at the traffic light at Palani Road (Junction of Hwy. 19 and Hwy. 190). Continue through 2 traffic lights, Palani Road will become Alii Drive. Travel aproximately 1.5 miles past the Kailua-Kona pier; turn right into the FIRST entrance of Sea Village Resort.

Late Check In Procedure

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. If checking in after hours, upon arrival at the Kona airport, call the Vacation Internationale check-in office at (808) 326-2252 for instructions. Please register at the office in the morning.
