This Oceanside Private Beach House is a newly remodeled vacation condo rental that can sleep up to16 people and was designed with relaxation and large space in mind. Enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets from the west facing decks and sunbathe on your own private Oceanside beach.
This private beach house offers five bedrooms plus a loft, three baths, cable TV and all linens are provided. Enjoy great ocean views, two car garage, tile counter tops and flooring, fully appointed kitchen, fireplace, two decks with a private beach and Jacuzzi.
Just 30 minutes away, you’ll find all the attractions of San Diego including SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, Universal Studios and Disneyland. This private beach house is close to the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack, as well as many World Class golf courses, including La Costa and Torrey Pines. Only a short drive to Old Town San Diego, La Jolla, Seaport Village, Mission Bay and San Diego museums, theatre and night life. An hour to the north, you’ll find Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure for endless family fun!
Guests Please Note: This resort institutes a $250 cleaning fee, which is not included in the nightly room rate it is on top of the balance due to the resort. For any function held at this property, an additional $1,000 non-refundable event fee will be charged.

Merge onto I-5 N toward Los Angeles.
