Carlsbad Seapointe Resort vacation rentals and condos are located near the beach, overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. Our Carlsbad rentals offer the relaxed seaside ambiance of coastal North San Diego County, but are within easy driving distance of San Diego. All Carlsbad Seapointe timeshare units are spacious with balconies and romantic fireplaces. Fabulous recreational activities include two swimming pools, a spa, children's spray pool, a pirate ship playground, Dolphin Golf (mini golf area), basketball, volleyball and a tennis court!
Just a short drive away is everything you love to do in San Diego. In the quaint downtown of the village of Carlsbad you’ll find award winning restaurants, antique shops and miles of beautiful surf. LEGOLAND California, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld San Diego are just a few of the nearby family activities and just to the north you’ll find the happiest place on earth at Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. For a romantic getaway, head to downtown San Diego for a night of dancing, a day at Petco Park watching a Padres game or fantastic shopping at Seaport Village.
Carlsbad Seapointe Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos or on the balcony. There are three designated smoking areas on property. Smoking is only permitted in these areas.
The City of Carlsbad has recently implemented the collection of a “City Assessment Fee” of $1 per night.
