Located in Greater Palm Springs, Indio is one of eight desert resort cities of the Coachella Valley offering a vast array of things to do in year-round sunny weather.
Each unit looks out to either the pristine golf course or to the smoky snow-capped mountains surrounding the valley. And inside, you might feel as if you stepped onto the set of Casablanca. Muted natural tones of greens, mauves, browns, and beige mimic those of the surrounding desert, while leaf motifs and accents of rattan conjure a tropical feel.
At your Mediterranean-style resort, you can float aimlessly down the "Lazy River", dive into the 4,950-square-foot pool or soak in one of three courtyard whirlpools. Head West on East Avion Ave. toward South Vineyard Ave., turn left at South Vineyard Ave., left to merge onto CA-60 East toward Riverside, continue on I-215 South, slight left at CA-60 East/Moreno Valley Fwy. (signs for Indio/CA-60), take the ramp onto I-10 East, take the Golf Center Pkwy., turn right at Avenue 44, left at Lago Vista, right at Landmark Pkwy.
From Los Angeles, CA:
Take I-10East out of Riverside to Golf Center Pkway exit, exit at Golf Center Pkwy., turn left onto Golf Center Pkwy., stay on Golf Center Pkwy. for 1 mile, turn right onto Via Terra Lago Way, turn left onto WorldMark Way.
From Phoenix, AZ:
Take I-10West out of Phoenix for approximately 245 miles, when you get to Indio, exit at Golf Center Pkwy., turn right onto Golf Center Pkwy., stay on Golf Center Pkway for one mile, turn right onto Via Terra Lago Way, turn left onto WorldMark Way |
