Steps To Activate Your Property
ResorTime commits to training your employees to anticipate future inventory availability and will provide step-by-step assistance to load inventory on the ResorTime.com system. Once the Affiliation Agreement has been signed, your resort or hotel is ready to be set up on the ResorTime platform. The following steps are required:

Resort Set Up
Property Information (Description, Check in/out procedures) Contact Information (Resort Manager & Inventory Manager) Specify Resort Amenities Specify Room Amenities
Photo Submission
Each resort requires two photos: a regular image of 600 x 450 pixels and a thumbnail image of 150 X 113 pixels. Photos smaller than our website's requirements of 600 X 450 pixels will appear smaller in the allotted picture window. Inventory
Minimum 1% allotment of resort/hotel annual inventory. Mix of seasons and months
Rates
Commission Structure: With 3 membership plans on ResorTime.com, the following commissions apply: Standard Rates (Rack/Rental): minus 10% commission, 365-day reservation window. Premier Rates (Rewards Program): plus 20% commission, 365-day reservation window. Timeshare Owner Rates (Wholesale/Bonus): plus 20% commission, Average 21-day reservation window to be determined by property.
